Not currently. This tool uses your browser's built-in speech engine (the Web Speech API), which plays audio live but doesn't expose a downloadable file. It's ideal for proofreading text or quick listening.
Why do the available voices vary by device?
Voices are provided by your operating system and browser, not by our server. This means the voice list on a Mac, Windows PC, or phone will look different.
Is my text sent to a server?
This tool itself never transmits your text — it hands it directly to your browser's speech engine. Note that some browsers offer both local voices and network voices (e.g., certain "Google" voices in Chrome are synthesized on the voice provider's servers). If total privacy matters, pick a voice marked as local/on-device in your system.
